Terms and Conditions

The following are our general terms and conditions for our catering services:

  • Price: Per guest.
  • Tax: New York City sales tax.
  • Delivery: No charge, for a five block radius. Outside of area, call for delivery fee.  Pickups are welcome.
  • Delivery Hours: Monday through Friday – 5:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Saturday 5:00 tp 3:00 PM.  We will be happy to make other delivery arrangements if necessary.
  • Deposits: Required for all catering orders.
  • Cancellations: At least a 12 hour notice is required in order to avoid a 20% cancellation fee on total order.
  • Party Bookings: For parties of 20 or more guests, please book at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Payment: Cash, Company Check, Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Account.


During the past months, we have had the pleasure of catering for many of our front line heroes, from the hospitals, to 911 dispatchers to the National Guard. We say " Thank you to all of them!".

Now that NYC is re-opening, we can't wait to cater for you. Meals are either packaged in our Sale & Pepe Red reusable insulated bags or white disposable bags, with everything in individual containers as well as individually packaged cutlery, and sanitary wipes sent with every meal.

We have always required our staff to wear gloves and hats, but now masks are worn and temperatures are taken and surfaces are sanitized throughout the day.
