Getting an early start, Peter broke into the industry at 13 years of age in the famous seafood houses of Sheepshead Bay. An able and adept student, he was quickly propelled up the ranks and soon managed top name steak and seafood establishments like Pappas and Randazzos along the popular Brooklyn strip.
Peter supplemented his years of hands-on training with a zealous academic pursuit. Through his commitment and hard work, he earned a coveted associated Degree from New York City Technical College, a highly recognized culinary program which has turned out an exciting roster of internationally acclaimed chefs and Restaurantuers.
Peter’s mastery of traditional cuisine and flare for the nouveau adds daily excitement to Sale & Pepe’s extensive menu.
