Fresh out of high school, Doug bounded onto the culinary scene with a vengeance in central New Jersey. Spending his time opening casinos, hotels and restaurants,Doug fine tuned his craft.

A graduate of the Johnson and Wales University, Doug has followed his passion for the culinary arts, which has led him to Sale and Pepe Fine Catering.

The past 10 years Doug has focused on bringing his culinary acuity to the Downtown Manhattan catering scene. With his background in kitchen management and expertise in fine cuisine, Doug has helped to propel Sale and Pepe to the forefront of the catering industry. Doug continues to develop and implement cutting edge cuisine for all to enjoy.
