Starting his culinary career in the Westchester restaurant and night club scene, Brain soon realized his love of the industry. After being recruited by Flik Hospitality Group, he quickly rose to the rank of Executive Chef, Corporate Catering and Food Services. He later continued to learn his trade in companies such as the Marriott International, Service America and Daka Corporate Services until landing at Sale and Pepe.
As General Manager, Brian worked closely with the owner and chefs to create a menu and service standard that anticipates the needs of the corporate catering industry. After 20 years as General Manager, Brian now applied his skills and attention to detail to spearhead the Sale and Pepe sales force as the Catering Sale Manager.
We are catering hot and cold individual meals to NYC Hospitals and, wherever needed, throughout NYC for our "Front Line Pandemic Heroes".

Due to reduced staff, we ask that you keep the selections to a minimum, such as 4 types of sandwiches, 2 types of salads, for ease of preparation.
All cold meals are bagged & labeled individually with packaged condiments, utensils and an alcohol based Handi wipe.
Due to the pandemic, when we have finished preparing our catering each day, we are closing.
