Starting his culinary career in the Westchester restaurant and night club scene, Brain soon realized his love of the industry. After being recruited by Flik Hospitality Group, he quickly rose to the rank of Executive Chef, Corporate Catering and Food Services. He later continued to learn his trade in companies such as the Marriott International, Service America and Daka Corporate Services until landing at Sale and Pepe.
As General Manager, Brian worked closely with the owner and chefs to create a menu and service standard that anticipates the needs of the corporate catering industry. After 20 years as General Manager, Brian now applied his skills and attention to detail to spearhead the Sale and Pepe sales force as the Catering Sale Manager.
